Both have been debunked from what I have read and heard.

In the video, it is some kind of hearing device. Why is she talking? cause she is crazy...

In the picture. The clothes, while they appear to be not of that time, actually are. He appears to be holding a camera from the period as well. Glasses like the ones he is wearing were around then too.

70 years from now people will be calling Lady Gaga a time traveler.
