War for the Crown (FEL vs WbW)

Post by Jokingjoe » Sun Jun 02, 2013 12:51 am

You will find politics is a lot like money. There's a certain stigma attached to "new money" when family's of "old money" are forced to mingle with their newly raised peers. Feudal politics is much the same--and when a new king shows up with his big plantations and fancy cities, we, the old guard and previous ruling families--do not approve.

Therefore, we use this as a formal excuse (and declaration) to seize your lands and your fancy new crowns and keep them for ourselves, because that's just the (right) way of things--at least in our eyes.

Oh, and Angelique says Leto is a dork, and she's right.

Point of note, 3 of FEL's kingdoms are inactive, 2 dead and one 31k acre kingdom.

Well, it wouldn't have been right to just let you take the age without a single war in a wargame. The numbers were even in kingdoms and land and you guys were spam tithing your way to victory in the last days of the age. That and Aero really wanted a war. He and JokingJoe have been dying for a war for a while so when you caught up with us they were ready.

I feel misrepresented. I didn't WANT a war. I DEMANDED a war! And unfortunately for the Warner Brothers' Clan, or whoever they are, they sacrificed security and defense in a fervent leap to the top.
 I do no judge them fools. Merely unworthy!

Some of my guild had noted that WBW shouldn't be allowed to get away without at least SOME war.

:-)

Had POO not declared first, then SW would have declared on wBw last week.
