Kaz this is damn nice.
The nostalgia is strong, I see a few names like Kalamaar and Decae that i remember.
And aside from the fallen Fury I don't see anyone else I recognize from the days of AoA and DC so maybe they will find me.

DC brings back memories. That was so, so long ago...

posted to NPA, but found this thread now as well.

I was here around maybe 1998-2002ish, was around 20 then (end of highschool early college), now just hit 40 years old. Went by Lord Andarael, Andy Icarn, Satanic Ducky, and others I don't recall. Huge Barnabas loyalist always struggling against the Leto scum.
I remember being friends with Lialia and Storm. I remember a bunch of other names, or recognize them but not much more than that
Kaz, Bundesbank, Zodiac, Maven, etc etc

I do work in the games industry and mostly do either ZBrush, high detail, character modeling or Pixel art. I'd be happy to share my artstation if anyone wants to see.

******************

Is there a Discord? I'd be happy to set one up and it might be a nice way for folks to keep in touch.

Also if anyone is interested in creating really neat profile pics I've recently tried out artbreeder.com (free tool) and it uses AI to combine faces and art styles. It's what I used for my current image. It's extremely easy to use (with a few specific drawbacks like being only really neck up/no outfits) and you don't have to be able to paint or anything, just blend existing stuff together and then reblend. Everything that's created becomes open for anyone to use for anything I believe.

Hey,

I must admit that I've been pretty lax about how frequently I check in these days. So few people posting that I'm out of the habit.

It's great to see another old face :)

We don't have a discord server, but there is a Facebook group that's more active than the boards, or at least, gets a few views/responses when someone adds an occasional post

The boards started over from scratch when Evernight finally shut down. You have 102 posts on the TB archive from 2002-2004, anything pre-2002 (which was a lot) was lost during a data loss 15-20 years ago :(

Nobody has posted there for a while now, but Temper's Ball is still kicking around too. You're more likely to see people on the Facebook group these days

Alright if I must be "old" mmmmm hmm. Yeah. Thanks.

Hello all. I stand in the doorway and tip my hat to those "old school" and those "newer" with appreciation for all. Young and "old" (still, really?!)

My name is Lady Starlight. Bearer of Light. Healer of Pain. Destroyer of Darkness. I began Maxim/Evernight so far ago. I fought for good. Angelique I thought.

My name is Blackie Lawless. I started CROW. Chaotic Rage of War. I stood for the chaos and served for years, leading a top guild, "CROW".

My name is Aura. I annihilated the heathens and ruined guilds and I remain victor in the game of Monarcy/Evernight/Maxim.

I've since been burdened by an offspring from probably one of my guild suitors, or the spoils I had my way with - thus the aftermath of my many conquests in my decades of life's wars. She's burdened by her own sword now, leaving me to reconnect with those who stood with me in my past.
