Post The Eye of Darden (Bowl)
GooGoo surveyed the area below, but he still coudln't see what he knew was down there. The emeniations from something had been calling out to GooGoo for weeks now. He had gathered all the Drinkers as quickly as he could and led them all to this spot. He didn't know what he was looking for, but he was hoping either he or one of the Drinkers would be able to locate it.

"Fan out guys, it's around here somewhere. I can't tell you what it looks like, what it is, or what it does, but I know it's here and important to us."

GooGoo started walking down the shallow hill toward the rocky terrain the spread below the Drinkers. It would take some time, but it needed to be done. The lower he walked, the greater the intensity of the urgency in his head.

"Cayl," GooGoo addressed the Zealot and Second Drinker standing near him, "You should be able to feel it soon, too. You know what this means for Darden and his chosen more than anyone else here. Please, make sure this is found swiftly."

Caylindren nodded at GooGoo, then headed further down the slope speaking commands to some of the other Drinkers. GooGoo was amazed at Cayl, and thanked Darden daily for sending him to help the cause. An aid as powerful as him was something every commander dreamed for. The Drinkers would never have turned out this powerful had Cayl not accepted Darden's Bowl.

The stone structure wavered under the intense magick being released from somewhere on the nearby hill. It hadn't fallen yet, and the priests were doing all they could to make sure it wouldn't. The Eye had to be protected at all costs. It was Darden's gift to the priests, His way of rewarding them for their work and devotion.

Rellan paced the hallway in front of sacred room, it's what he did to ease tension and think clearly. The Isonians had been unleashing torrents of magick upon the sanctum. It was only a matter of time before they broke through. Rellan knew it would happen, he just needed to find a way to protect the Eye once the bitch's forces broke through the stone walls. Rellan quietly walked into the sacred room...

GooGoo nearly collapsed. He was able to support himself on a large rock nearby. The vision came and went so quickly, he didn't know what to make of it. He had almost seen the Eye. An ironic thought, he knew, but if he could get a glimpse of it, perhaps that would lessen the time of their search. He hoped no one had seen him falter. As soon as he regained his strength, he stood up and went to catch up to the other Drinkers.

Caylindren scoured the land below, attempting to see what they were looking for. It was amusing to think that he searched for something he knew nothing about, that GooGoo could not describe, but such was Darden's way. If GooGoo knew Darden meant for us to find this thing, then it would be found this day.

Caylindren marveled at GooGoo; he was strong, brave, faithful, and the best friend Cayl had ever known. It seemed impossible that such a meeting was mere chance; Darden's hand had guided both of them. GooGoo was a strong leader, and he valued the strength of his Drinkers more than anything, aside from the power of Darden. Cayl struggled to become what he felt GooGoo and the Drinkers wanted him to be, and most of the time he succeeded.

The Drinkers, too, were in Cayl's mind. They were an odd sort, coming from varied backgrounds and possessing many different skills. However, all shared that devotion to Darden Cayl had found, and each strove to follow the will of Darden and GooGoo. Cayl was lucky to have met these people, to have fallen into ranks with such fierce warriors and cunning spies. Yes, this guild was a blessing to the world, and to himself as well.

Suddenly he felt something. It was a strange, ambiguous feeling, tugging from all directions by an unidentifiable source. The only distinguishing mark of the power was a presence, as though Cayl was once again about to take a sip from Darden's bowl. After walking a little further up, it felt like it was coming from farther down the rocky slope, and its power was in flux. Something was not right about this.

Cayl turned back to GooGoo, and saw him getting up from the ground. So in touch with Darden's power, GooGoo had knelt to feel its energy; Cayl knew it to be so. "GooGoo, I feel it!" Cayl yelled. "It's coming from farther down the slope, and the power waxes and wains as though being disturbed by some other force! We must hurry!"

With that, Cayl began leaping down the hill, from boulder to mossy boulder, feeling ever stronger the sensation of Darden's gift.

As a young boy, Airius had always dreamed of growing up to be one of the best warriors in the land, and also to be in the greatest guild there was and ever will be. It was a dream that was slowly coming true, he and his fellow Drinkers, which were lead by the great GooGoo and Cayl, were slowly becoming more and more prosperous. His land was growing as well as his army, and more importantly Airius was becoming more close to Darden.

It was an enjoyable experience for Airius. He had learned many things since the time he first drank from the bowl. He had also seen the guild grow under the great leadership. Airius remembered the days when their had only been a few who had drank from the bowl, but now the number had doubled, more and more people were taking the path that Darden had laid before them. Airius knew that they would be thankful for the decision they made, for Airius himself was now very thankful for what he had been given

At the moment orders from GooGoo were to find something important to the Drinkers. Airius wasn't sure what he was looking for but was confident that when he came across it, he would no the significance of it.

Airius raised his eyes which had been peering into the grass on the hillside to see how the other Drinker's were doing. No one had found it yet, but it was obvious that they were getting closer due to GooGoo and Cayl's reaction to the object. He admired the two leaders and hoped that maybe one day he too would possess the power and wisdom that his mentors now possessed. He continued his search for the object turning over ever leaf or stone to see what was hidden behind it. As they were getting closer and closer to the bottom of the hill, it seemed they were closing in on the location of the object. Soon they would find it, and the sooner, the better.

"Cayl, please come here." GooGoo asked of his friend. He was several dozen feet down the hill still looking. As the large half-man came toward him, GooGoo thought about what he was going to say.

GooGoo knew it was called The Eye of Darden, but he still didn't know what it looked like. The vision was strong enough for him to think that what he had seen had actually happened. The only problem with that was how GooGoo was able to pick up the knowledge that it was the Eye. It was like he could hear what that person (Rellan?) was thinking.

GooGoo's thoughts were interrupted as Cayl approached him. "You called me, GooGoo?" The large figure stood before GooGoo. He was a head taller than GooGoo, and at times a little intimidating to many. GooGoo, however, had grown used to this, though still felt a little awkward looking up toward his good friend.

"Cayl, I had a vision. The ruins that we're sifting through was once a great temple devoted to Darden and there were many preists here. They were peaceful, and only wanted to worship Darden and help his cause not through direct conflict, but by aiding others that did. To help them, and to show his favor, Darden gave them what they called The Eye of Darden. This is what we seek. Darden has deemed us worthy enough to have this artifact and use it in our struggles to cleanse the land and free the heathens from their life of sorrow." GooGoo suddenly brought his hand to his head and placed a hand on Cayl's shoulder for support. His head had exploded, and the urgency that he had once felt magnified a hundred fold. [color=orange"We need to find the Eye soon, Cayl, Darden wills it."[/color]

GooGoo returned his hand to his side and stood up straight. It's close. Very close. Perhaps if I have another vision I'll be able to see it to help us find it." Caylindren nodded and turned toward the valley.

"It's here, GooGoo. I can feel it too, and the pain you feel, only not as strongly. We'll find it. Darden wills it and is with us."

GooGoo waited until Cayl was out of earshot. "That we will, my friend. It's just a matter of when. We need that Eye now more than ever."

Taking his time down walking down the slope to the rocky valley Sariel kept his hand upon the handle of his sword, he did not quite understand what was going on and did not want to be caught unaware. Sweeping his eyes slowly from left to right and than back again, Sariel continued looking for something he was not sure he would know even if it crept up behind him a bit him on the ass. Though new to the guild Sariel had proven himself in battle wining both the acceptance of those in his guild and those he had taken leadership of at what seemed to be Darden’s behest.

Slipping down over a particular rough area with rocks and a few boulders, Sariel had chosen because it looked to be the hardest area to search he had thought that his lean body and sure movements would have the least trouble. After moving around another area still trying to look around him constantly Sariel’s foot suddenly fell out from under him stopping just below the knee. Being thrown off balance with images of a monster or creature griping his foot Sariel jerked his foot back, falling backwards and sliding off a small ledge he had been standing on. Sariel was up quickly sword in hand after the rather short fall, looking up at the ledge where his foot had found trouble. Seeing nothing more than what looked like some kind of hole for a small animal Sariel relaxed and bent down examining his leg, it having taken some scrapes and a few deep gashes above the boot when he has jerked it out roughly.

Having held the left sleeve from his shirt to the gashes until they had stopped bleeding Sariel tossed his sleeve aside and continued down the slope, now grumbling a bit with sword in hand.

The search party had been there for hours. GooGoo could tell by the rapidly setting sun that they would either need to find the eye soon or set up some sort of a base camp. He figured they had another three hours of daylight. That being the case, GooGoo decided to spend two of that searching and one on finding the Eye.

GooGoo began to wander away from the main body of the party, searching in areas they either missed or didn't attempt to search. He wasn't attempting to be thorough, but make his way in front of the party without them seeing him. Should he have another vision, and become even weaker than he had after the first, he didn't want them knowing about it. It was a matter of everyone's safety as much as it was a matter of pride.

He again picked out Cayl among the crowd. He was ardently searching through the rubble, trying to find what was slowly driving GooGoo crazy. GooGoo only hoped for everyone's sake this thing was found quickly and safely - he would not be responsible for injuring any of his men, let alone be a factor of their death. There was no telling how dangerous this thing was or what it could do.

Just as GooGoo was pondering the Eye's power, a flash of pain hit him squarely in the chest and a surge of energy hammered him in the head. Brought to his knees, he swiftly descended into the dream world again.

The invaders were getting closer. They had breached the outer wall and the defenders were keeping them at bay for now, but it was only a matter of minutes before everyone would have to fall back to the temple keep for safety.

On his knees, Rellan prayed to Darden for guidance. He knew there was a purpose to this, a reason why Darden was abandoning them now, he just needed a sign to decide what to do next. He had to protect the Eye, let no heathen touch it, that must be Darden's will. Protect the Eye, they had been told. They had never let a heathen touch it as they believed it woudl taint the power it contained. It was clear now that the heathen's weren't after the Eye, they just wanted blood and conquest. Such a pity, Rellan thought, that such a beautiful place of reverence should fall to those that revel in gore and carnage.

With flash in his head, Rellan's memories had given him the answer. He stood up and hurried over toward the Eye. He now knew what must be done, but he hoped that the defenders would give him enough time to do it....

Once the images and thoughts faded from GooGoo's head, light began to slowly creep into his vision. He was completely on the ground next to a pile of his own wretch. Every Drinker that had accompanied him was standing around him, trying to get at him to ensure his safety despite Cayl's almost brutish efforts at giving GooGoo air. Once he knew he was strong enough, GooGoo slowly stood to address his men. So much for letting them see his weakness.

Many hours had been spent looking for an item that was so powerful, but yet could not be described. It seemed as if the elusive object would never be found, despite the fact that Airius and his companions had turned over practically every blade of grass that their eyes had fallen upon.

The sun was beginning to fall and Airius' legs became more and more weak with every passing minute. But there was something driving the warrior, he didnt know what it was but he knew it related to the Eye. It seemed as if the Eye wanted to be found by the Bowlers. After all GooGoo had been experiencing tremendous effects, and Cayl was getting signs to. The group was nearing the bottom of the hill and still no sign of the Eye of Darden.

"We must have passed over it somewhere, we had to of, we've turned over every blade of grass and looked under every stone." Airius remarked as he turned to the rest of the group.

"Have faith Airius, it is Here somewhere, and we will find it, it is just a matter of time" Cayl responded as he was helping GooGoo recover from one of his previous dreams.

Airius knew that GooGoo and Cayl were right and that somethings in life just took patience. Airius knew this was one of his weakness but constantly tried to improve upon it. For now he would continue to work hard and to reveal the Eye of Darden to the rest of the Group.

"We shall find it"Airius muttered to himself.

In the ravine below, several people were moving about, like ants looking for food. The ruins, over grown with flora, appeared to be temple of some kind. The remains of grand columns, towered, while the roof seemed to have caved in. And by the warm golden color of the rock that glimmered in the fading sunlight, one would assume that it was once a temple to Darden. One ant-man chose a different path than the rest, climbing over loose rock, and dangerous areas. The rest of the people scurried over to the man, who appeared to have fallen, or collapsed.

Lithia stood on the hill, looking down below at the little men running about. She knew what they were looking for, what they might die for. Aurelia had told her. Just as the doll had whispered in Lithia's ear where she and the remains of a once great guild could find the leaders of Bowl, Aurelia had spoken of the Eye. The doll desperately wanted it, but she would not share why. Lithia assumed the doll wanted it in order to see again, fore once the Eye was in her possesion, the doll would need to never "borrow" eyes again. That was just speculation on Lith's part. Even though the doll was one of her closest friends, Aurelia still kept things to herself. Such as how she knew about the Eye in the first place, and why it was such an important artifact.

Lithia glanced over her shoulder and up at Archangel, and the others behind him. Just a small troop of people, some of the most wonderful in the world, and the heart and core of the Warguard. They hadn't travelled all this way to beg; But neither had they come this far to be turned away. She smiled at them, dimples flashing briefly before saying, They are below. So it's now or never. Arch, will you go first?

The tall angel nodded, his face grim with what had to be done. White wings spread out and beat down only once, before he was in the air and gliding down to the people crowded around the fallen man, who had to have been GooGoo. Lithia sighed and started coughing none too softly, I mearly meant lead the way down the hill, you winged buffoon.

-he Stood, leaning heavily upon one foot. He wore plain clothes that day, as there had been much walking. He wasn't like some of the others. He was mortal, and didn't have such strong endurance. Pahtetic, some had called him. Unfortunately, he had proven them all wrong. A smile lingered upon his sweet lips. He stuck more towards the front of the group. Not many it seemed were there. His eyes pasted upon the back of the Arhcangel and the little girl. He knew where his loyalties were. He devtoted his life to the Warguard. He'd seen his share of near escapes, and still he would stay with them. Couldn't really hear what was being said, but he folowed suit. He had a brief idea of the situation, but he was quite unsure why they were here and who they were meeting. For the time being that is.

Looking about him, he noticed who had joined them. It was the core of the Warguard. The best of the best, he could say. Not to boost his own ego. He knew they were good, they had proven themselves time and time again. Against odds that others thought insane. This he took pride in. Knowing that they had overcome these feats of wonder. But they were all here, in one place. It wasn't often these people got together, but when they did it meant trouble usually. Although, looking about him, it did sadden to see a few faces missing. But such was life, people moved on, on to new things. He didn't have bad feelings toward leaving. They had their reasons, and he respected that. The time had come, for the few that stayed, for a change.-

A gust of wind snapped at the back of Rosco's hair, lifting it with invisible fingers and sending a shiver down his back.

"Bloody mountain air!", Rosco grumbled to himself while he quickly pulled the large cloak around his body a little tighter. He reached into his pocket and grabbed the tightly wound parchment he kept there. It was a message from GooGoo, and an important one at that. For a reason that was not given in the message, GooGoo had summoned all of the Drinker's of the Bowl to an isolated location - and Rosco was late.

His horse quietly plotted on, taking carefull steps on the now rocky terrain. The passage through the mountains was not a pleasant one, but it was quick and time was of the essence. Rosco was not fond of keeping GooGoo and the others waiting.

As a deep, knarled howl filled the night air, Rosco placed the beige note back in his pocket with one hand and found his sword's hilt with the other. Wolve's were not a concern in the grasslands - food was bountifull there. In the mountains, however, a tighter race for survival was being fought and wolves had no inhibitions over whom to attack. He had let his guard down once earlier, and had a large gash on his left shin to remind him of it.

As darkness consumed the light around him, Rosco dismounted his large steed and began to setup a small camp near a group of large boulders. He quickly unpacked the few supplies he had taken in haste while cursing out the young servant who "misplaced" the important document now in his cloak pocket. His food rations were running dangerously low, and water was hard to find in the bleak terrain he now traversed. He needed to find his fellow guildmates, and soon.

The intense morning sunlight prodded at Rosco's eyes, waking him from an uncomfortable yet deep sleep. He had strange dreams that night, dreams of times long past and events he could not understand. There was something else, too. A feeling in the back of his head, an odd sense of a memory almost forgotten that was now stuck in his mind. Thinking nothing of it, he routinely packed up his camp, erasing any evidence that he as there and mounted his horse ready for another long day of riding.

As the seconds turned to minutes, and minutes to hours, the sensation that tingled on the eged of Rosco's mind grew stronger and stronger. The memory was becoming more and more clear, fragments of the dream he had forgotten flooded his mind and flashed violently in sharp rythymic pulses. There was something different now, though. He wasnt sure, but he thought he could make out the image's of GooGoo, Cayl and several other of his fellow guildmates. The rhythymic pulse slowly gained intensity, eventually forcing Rosco to close his eye's and rub his head in hopes of easing the now overwhelming pain. With a yelp, Rosco conceded to the agonizing spasms that seized his mind and embraced the darkness of unconciousness.

Again, the brilliant light of the sun poked wearily into the eys's of the massive body slumped over on an even more massive horse.

"This cant be real....", Rosco moaned as he slowly took in his surroundings. In the distance, he could barely make out the hulking mountains which he had just been travelling through, and in the foreground was what appeard to be ruins of some sort. In the middle of these ruins were several figures running about, figures wich Rosco knew to be more Drinker's of the Bowl. Trying to forget what had just happened, Rosco wearily rode forward, excited to see his good friends at long last.

He stood next to the... child... Lithia, as they watched the happenings below. It seemed that those of the Bowl were in search of something. Though he was not sure what it was they were seeking, he could not deny the warnings that rang in his head, that he.. and those of the Warguard who would follow him so blindly... must help in the search.

They are below. So it's now or never. Arch, will you go first?

Turning his head slowly to look at her, his face tightened and he nodded slowly, then took one large step, unfolding his great wings, and beating them hard, taking to the air. He knew he would wait for the others, but... He could not. Whatever happened, no matter what obstacle, he was now and forver the Captain of the Warguard, and for better or worse, he would stand first among his men.

Plus, he needed a few moments along to think...

The coming days for the Warguard would be trying ones. There would be much change.. He wasn't quite sure what the changes would be, but they would be tied directly to the fate of the Drinkers of the Bowl.

As the Captain of the Guard came quickly down the hillside, one of the squires with the main group raised a banner of the Warguard, so that the warriors of Bowl would not be overly startled seeing a band of people, most of whom were armed, coming down the hill at them.

As he touched to the ground at the foot of the hill, he quietly made his way to the back of the small group that had surrounded Lord GooGoo, not wishing to disturb whatever speech the leader of Bowl seemed about to make. Being slightly taller then most of the people around him, though, made it easier to try and catch GooGoo's eye...

Whether the First Drinker saw him or not remained to be seen...

GooGoo was just about to address his men when he noticed a large, winged creature walk toward the group. He was disoriented, but he knew he wasn't seeing things. In a flash, he recognized the figure. Instead of pausing to address him alone, GooGoo began relaying what had happened to his men and waited to speak with Archangel. He quickly glanced over at the hulking figure, met his eye, and nodded.

"The Eye is closer, I can feel it much stronger now. But it is getting more and more important that we find the Eye. Centuries ago, this place was attacked by the forces of the bitch goddess. It was destroyed, as you can see by it's present state. There was a man here, the leader of the priests, named Rellan, whose job it was to protect the Eye. He ended up doing so - how, I do not know, but I know isonia didn't get the Eye, as I can feel its power pulse through me. In time, you will feel the power pulse through you as well. Continue your search, do not be worried for me. When I fall, I will only rise again, hopefully with more information. Please, it is imperative that we continue the search thoroughly till nightfall. I will see that we have a place to spend the night. Also, do not be alarmed by our visitors. I will speak with them, as you will be able to tonight, should they decide to stay with us. I'm sure their journey has been long, so let them rest while you all search."

GooGoo watched as the Drinkers nodded or shook Archangel's hand. None of the Drinkers knew him as well as GooGoo, and even he didn't know him that well. He turned and walked toward Archangel, his strength nearly completely returned to him.

"Archangel!" he exclaimed, his hand coming out to grasp that of his faithmate. "Excellent to see you here, I hope. I take it the Foretians are on the march again? I'm sorry, friend, but we cannot help this time - there is much greater work at hand. I'm sorry you had to travel all this way to find that out. You and your party are more than welcome to spend the night with us. I have much to tell you of what's gone on here." GooGoo pondered for a second. "I'm sorry, I've gone on for too long. Please, tell me of what's transpired."

-he moved with the crowd. Keeping up as best he could. He was unarmed, he need not carry a sword. Although, he did have a surprise hidden somewhere about him in case they were ambushed. They were among friends here. They need not worry. Down the hill they moved, until they reached the other gatehring of people. He hat met a few of them in the past. Having done this or that with them, but he had never worked with them extensively.

Since there was not many people there. The few Warguard members, and a few other people for protection and such, he tried to see what the other people were looking for. He ha felt different slightly upon entering the place, though it was not something that he felt strongly. Kind of like butterflies in the stomach, sort of. He was hoping it wasn't something, like his lunch from earlier. But he watched and waited regardless. He waited to see what Lord Archangel had to say. He had a vague idea, but that was something he didn't disclose to many. He watched, and waited, and hoped for what was to come.

It'd been an interesting turn of events. The past few weeks had been. Waiting, and hoping. Finally he had received word, and having been insructed to meet at a certain location. He did as he was told, and went there at the designated time. Now they were here. The time was now. Future was to be made, he felt it in his bones.-

Cayl walked away from the newcomers who had gathered around GooGoo. He knew a few of them, having fought along side them, but it was not his place to remain; the Eye had to be found, as GooGoo had said. So, after a nod of recognition towards Archangel, Cayl left the group and began ordering the rest of the Drinkers to search in various places.

From the corner of his eye he caught a mounted figure moving down the far side of the rocky slope, and after a few seconds called to the man with joy: it was Rosco. Cayl bounded over the boulders and grassy outcroppings, meeting Rosco just as he was reaching the ruins. It felt like ages since he'd seen Rosco, and knowing that he was well greatly relieved Cayl.

"You're late, you dirty bugger" Cayl said jokingly, shaking hands with the warrior when he'd dismounted. "You're just in time to help us search. No, we don't know what we're searching for. We only know it's called the Eye of Darden, and I'm sure you'll be feeling its power soon if you haven't already. So, join the club, pick a spot, and let no stone go unturned."

Seeing that Rosco understood, Cayl went back to his own area. After several minutes of digging and grumbling, his hand struck a large, rigid object deeply embedded within the ground. The feeling he got after hitting it seemed odd, and he began to probe deeper. Digging even more of it out, he began to get excited. The object he had hit was no ordinary rock, but a hard piece of brown earth. It occurred to Cayl that the Eye could be anything, and he hurriedly began to break apart the "rock" in hopes of finding what they had long sought after.

After a minute or two, Cayl began to smell a queer scent in the air. Suddenly, he looked down at the piece of "earth" in his hands, and he laughed to himself. After dropping the brown earth, he rose, brushing his hands off. His zealousness had got him into a big pile of crap, literally. Perhaps the others wouldn't notice the smell.

Though his mood was still grim, he could not help but smile as GooGoo approached and took his hand. Long had the two been allies, and longer had they been friends.

"No my friend, it is not the dogs of Foret, this time. And I hope your hospitality is even half as good as you offer, because this could be an.. interesting.. time."

"I'm not sure why I.. well, we.. are here. But we are. I have brought with me the loyalest core of the Warguard. We still hold out lands, and our troops are strong, but we left Generals in our place, as each leader who still stands by my side is in attendance with me here."

"I'm not sure myself what exactly is going on, why we were drawn here, but we were. For longer then many can remember, longer then most care to think about, we have stood by the weak and broken, giving them aid... Sheltering those who had lost it all..."

"I think Darden has given us a new mission, though. That is what I'm hear to speak to you about. We were drawn here, unknowing of what awaited us, and still unsure why we are here. I'm am just pleased that it was you that we met up with, and not a band of Isonians, or some such..."

The looked around slowly, scanning the grounds in the area, then glancing up at the sky. All too soon it would be dark..

"Enough from me now. We are here, as are you. You seemed to be in the midsts of some activity, and the sun is rapidly approaching it's rest. If you care to fill me in, perhaps we can help with what daylight remains... Then we shall have the evening to discuss the finer points of what is going on these days...

Airius had been listening intently to GooGoo, about the Eye of Darden and its history. He found the story of Rellan interesting as Airius found most old legends and tales interesting. He knew that the Eye possessed a power far greater than anyone had originally thought due to the great lengths that Rellan had gone to to protect the Eye from the Isonians. Airius also shook the had of Archangel and welcomed him. From his rather short experiences of fighting along side of the winged figure, he knew that he was loyal and a great leader. Greetings were shared with the others from the Warguard and Airius did his best to make the others feel at home.

After a brief rest Airius decided that it was time for him to get back to work, for finding the Eye of Darden before nightfall could be pivotal. He started scouring an area next to that of Cayl, and intensely searched for the object. It was but a mere couple of minutes before an awful stench had come across Airius. The putrid smell seemed to be coming from Cayl's area and a quick glance revealed Cayl bright red and blushing from embarrassment. After taking a closer look, Airius had discovered the origin of the stench and burst out laughing.

"Muhahaha...Hahah, what the Hell are you doing Cayl? We are supposed to be searching for the eye, not digging up crap!!" Airius rolled on the ground with laughter.

Airius laid on the ground a moment and it was not long before he had begun to smell a similar stench. Airius put his had on his back only to confirm his own nightmare, Airius himself had been rolling around in pile of crap.

"I dont think this is what we are looking for, this stuff reaks...I gotta go change" Airius commented aloud. It was obvious that the last herd that had moved through the pasture had left them a present.

"It's quite a story, my friend, but if it is no urgency, I will surely tell it to you once we break for night. For now, I will tell you that we are searching for an artifact of great importance. It's called the Eye, but we have no idea what it looks like. All the information I receive comes in the form of visions. They're getting more frequent and more painful, meaning urgency is of the utmost importance. This thing needs to be found, and dozen extra sets of hands would be more than welcome!" GooGoo grinned at his old friend. It was nice to be with him again - constant warring prevents friendships from growing, let alone be maintained for long periods. There were faithmates and there weren't - he was lucky enough to even know Archangel as well as he did let alone consider him a friend.

"My instincts tell me ot break for camp, but the Eye needs to be found. If we do find it, it's going to be from sensing it, not from seeing it. Any faithful to Darden will be able to sense it, but his Drinkers will be able to sense it all the more. You and your people are welcome to help search, or you may set up a camp. For now, I must continue the search until I decide what to do about tonight. I'm sorry to be in such a rush, but you must understand the urgency of finding the Eye."

GooGoo most definitely hoped he understood - there was little GooGoo could think about other than they Eye, Rellan, and finding the artifact among the ruins. Despite the increasing pain he felt when a vision flooded his mind, he hoped for another to come to shed more light on where the Eye could be. Right now, finding the Eye in this rubble was like picking out a Ferret in a pig pen.

-he followed where he could. Listening here and there to the the things going on. Watching as Cayl and Airius had left the pack. He really wasn't sure what held him here, but something deep down told him to stay. He was quite exhausted from the walk, and he just...wanted to go sit down. Though in doing so, he didn't want to disrupt anything that the Drinkers may have had going on. He didn't know what they were doing, or why he was even here. But he stayed regardless. Watching, listening. Greeting those he did not know, and trying to make friends where he could.

Being the social guy that Attero was, he tried his best. A smile, a hand shake, and polite gesture. Some simple words. Anything. He could tell the light was waning and that they should look towards getting to camp soon, but he merely went along with teh flow of things. Sort of the, the fly on the wall you could say. Though this fly was one that if meddled with would toss some men around and call them suzy. But that was beside the point. He figured that Lord Archangel and Lord GooGoo knew best, and if that must be teh case, then he'd let them decide when things were wrapping up.-

... Titan had been traveling for days, he didn't know where he was going, but he knew that he had to get there as soon as he could. He left his kingdom to his loyalist general, while out on his adventure. The only thing that Titan knew was that Archangel had sent a messanger to him with a message of few words, it stated:

"To all members of the warguard, it is urgent that we meet up immediatly. It is a matter....."

Titan was lucky that he could read as much as he was able to; a storm had wet the message and the ink had fled the paper. What was Titan supposed to make of this? All he knew was that he needed to go.

-Attero stood, looking out of the lands. Looking over what going on. He still was not totally sure why he was here. He wasn't sure what was going on. Kind of clueless. But he followed still. He had invested much trust into people, and it was time like these that made his really wonder why he put so much trust in his guild mates. Perhaps they had never let him down before. Perhaps it was because he had no better place to instill his trust. He could not rightly say. The sun was quickly setting, and it seemed like these people were going a whole lot of nowhere.

Slowly he turned to face the man who he had brought with him. The only man he sought fit to follow. Placing a hand on the mans shoulder, a soft smile crept to his lips. Attero leaded in slowly, whispering something into the mans ear. Something only him and the other could understand. A slight nod, and the man was off, casually none the less. Urgency was not required. At least, not in this case. Attero turned back to face the crowd of people before him. Some of the best in Maxim...some of most loyal to Darden. To this, he was proud to be in such great company.-

-Octavious had been drug along against his own will. He had better things to do. A family to run, and a wife to please. But still, his duty called. His duty to not just Attero, but his duty to Darden. He stood behind Lord Attero, hands in his pockets, quite bored by this whole matter. But because Attero had asked, he had come. Perhaps things would be over soon and he could get back to his normal routine. But that was doubtful. Recently there had been a major influx of problems looming about. Heathens running around like mad. Attero acting strange. People in general being not quite themselves.

And it seemed like he was the only one to have really noticed it. Maybe he was the one who was losing him mind. Only time would really tell. He shrugged it off, his eyes had been cast towards the brown dirt beneath his feet when he noticed ATtero turn. And he listened, not returning the smile. He knew what he had to do...Turning gingerly, he slowly strolled off. Heading back from the direction by which they came. Whistling a sweet tune. Something that just seemed to flow from somewhere. The note into his head, and out his lips. He headed up the steep hill towards the horses they rode. If the big wigs weren't going to set up camp...Then he would...-
